Is Rome Catholic?
DENVER , Colo. - Can the decline of the Catholic Church be stopped? Can
the faith overcome the ongoing sex scandal?
"Imposter
Popes and Idol Altars: How wolves and hirelings betrayed the Mystical
Body of Christ by T. Stanfill Benns calls into question the validity
of the last four men recognized universally as popes and the "New
Order" worship they created and maintained outside Church
law and teaching.
Using infallible decrees, papal documents and pre-1958 theology to prove the
case, Benns methodically hacks her way through a jungle of fallacies, assumptions,
half-truths, and misrepresentations to bring the present-day Catholic Church
to its knees.
But
Benns' work isn't just another tedious dissection of the crisis
in the Church. It is the first link to a series of services and
resources to help Catholics understand for themselves what happened
in the Church, why, and how to fight back.
"When
I first began trying to figure this mess out no one seemed able
to explain what happened and why it happened," Benns said.
She has collected over 4,000 volumes, most of it pre-1959 Catholic
works and plans to make much of this material available to her
audience over the web and offer study courses in connection with
the book.
"The
book is just the beginning," Benns said. "Problems have
been fermenting in the Church for decades and a crash course in
Basic Catholicism 101 isn't going to solve them. Serious Catholics
and those of any denomination truly seeking to spiritualize their
lives or just learn more about the REAL Catholic Church can find
all the tools necessary to do it on this website, tools not available
to me in the 1980s."
Using the Church's own method of Scholastic theology, abandoned by reformers
orchestrating Vatican II and the Novus Ordo liturgy introduced in 1969, Benns'
work demonstrates the discrepancies between Catholic doctrine and Canon Law
and the new, ecumenical Church created in the 1960s from different angles.
"Catholics
tend to think that this is a modern problem and our situation today
is something that is unique to our times," Benns said. "Research
shows this is not the case, and that the same motivating forces
that created similar circumstances in the past have evolved and
adapted to the 21st century to further their own anti-Catholic
goals."
"Imposter
Popes and Idol Altars" is a bold answer to questions that
have circulated for years concerning the many controversies
that have plagued the Church. For those sincerely seeking answers,
the
search is over.
